RADIO GA Publisher Privacy Policy

RADIO GA Publisher is an owner-only automation tool used by the RADIO GA administrator to manage RADIO GA's own Facebook Page and linked Instagram Business account.

Data processed

The service processes Meta account, Page and Instagram identifiers, basic profile metadata, granted permission status, access tokens, and API operation results needed to authenticate the owner and operate the connected assets.

Purpose

The data is used only to authenticate the RADIO GA administrator, verify ownership of the configured assets, and operate owner-authorized publishing automation.

Sharing

RADIO GA does not sell Meta user data or use it for advertising. The service is not offered to clients or other users.

Storage and retention

Access tokens are kept in restricted secret storage while the integration is active. Operational metadata is retained only as needed to run, secure, diagnose, and audit the owner-controlled integration. Data is deleted when it is no longer required or when the owner disconnects the integration and requests deletion.

Security

The integration uses encrypted transport, restricted local secret storage, least-privilege service accounts, and a one-shot OAuth callback.
